Lifeline 211 – Lifeline is a call center and referral agency that allows THM to help meet unmet needs of our community. Â Callers to Lifeline have needs that are diverse, ranging from physical or emotional to financial; the majority of callers seek assistance to meet basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter and medical/prescription help. Lifeline listeners are trained by community professionals to help callers who may be depressed, suicidal, or victims of abuse.
